Sapphire Xu, CPA/CGA, MBA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, project development accounting, and internal controls. Currently serving as a Senior Project Development Accountant at Lanterra Developments Ltd. since March 2022, Sapphire previously held roles as a Senior Accountant at UNFI and IPS - Invoice Payment System Corporation, where responsibilities included preparing comprehensive financial reports and conducting in-depth variance analysis. Additional experience encompasses financial analysis for non-profit organizations and senior bookkeeping duties across retail operations.
