Greg Einhaus

Greg Einhaus is a knowledgeable financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Global Controller at Lantheus since May 2025, Greg previously held the position of VP, Corporate Controller at Brightcove from August 2024 to March 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Lytx, Inc., where Greg progressed from Senior Manager of Revenue Recognition to Assistant Controller and finally to Controller between October 2018 and August 2024. Greg's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where a tenure from June 2009 to October 2018 culminated in the role of Senior Manager in the Assurance - Technology Practice. Educationally, Greg holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between January 2005 and January 2009.
