Meara Murphy

Meara Murphy is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Communications at Lantheus since September 2023, Meara has previously held key positions, including Head/Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Pear Therapeutics and Director of Corporate Communications & CSR at Lantheus Medical Imaging. With a career spanning over two decades, Meara's expertise also includes a decade at MSL GROUP in Boston as Vice President, where engagements included a diverse portfolio of clients such as Sodexo, Keurig, and Harvard University. Meara began professional journey at Gray & Rice Public Relations as an Account Executive after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from The Ohio State University.
