John Shaw, MBE, FCMI, FInstLM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and consultancy across various sectors. As Partner and Senior Consultant at True Blue Training Solutions since December 2013, John delivers qualifications and workshops in diverse training environments. John serves as a Level 5 Assessor and Technical Author for Lantra and a Rugby First Aid Instructor with England Rugby. Additionally, John works as a Qualification and Verification Consultant for Business Mentors South West Ltd and previously contributed as a Vaccinator for NHS England.
