Founded in 2019, Lantzville Wellness Centre provides physical therapy and other wellness services to residents of Lantzville, B.C. as well as surrounding areas such as north Nanaimo, Nanoose Bay, and Errington.

Our slogan “Bringing Therapy to your Doorsteps” signals our utmost desire to serve smaller communities. We work one-on-one with each patient, conduct thorough assessments of their issues, and recommend a customized program of care. Our goal is to get each person back to the normally active lifestyle they enjoy as quickly as possible.

We take a manual therapy approach to physical therapy but our services extend beyond that as well. We provide active rehabilitation programs, massage therapy, vestibular therapy (as well as treating specific balance issues and offering fall prevention programs), neurological rehabilitation and concussion management, treatment of workplace injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries, and IMS and shockwave therapy.

We also treat patients dealing with chronic pain and fibromyalgia and acute and chronic back and neck pain.

We provide each patient with a recommended therapeutic exercise program to do between clinic visits and thus encourage you to be a partner in your own recovery.
