André Grossmann is currently the VP of Innovation and Business Development at LANXESS in the Flavors and Fragrances business unit. Previously, André held various leadership roles at Saltigo, including Head of Key Account Management and Head of Internal Business. André completed a postdoctoral research position at the University of Cambridge from 2013 to 2015 and earned a Diplom-Chemiker in Chemistry from Philipps-Universität Marburg in 2009. Additionally, André obtained a PhD in Organic Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University and has experience in physical chemistry from Heriot-Watt University and an internship in organic chemistry at Osaka University.
