Caroline Gembs is the Head of Supply Chain for the Americas at LANXESS, where they previously held roles including Manufacturing Chemist and Urethanes BU Product Development & Improvement Manager. They have also worked at Clariant as a Consumer Care Applications Development specialist. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Duke University, expected to graduate in 2027.
