Damini Nerkar

Damini Nerkar is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs with a focus on home and personal care applications. Currently serving as the Head of Home & Personal Care Regulatory Affairs at LANXESS since March 2017, Damini oversees global regulatory matters. Previous roles at LANXESS included Regulatory Affairs Manager EMEA and responsibilities for the regulatory affairs of biocides in the South Asia region. Prior to LANXESS, Damini worked as a Regulatory Toxicologist at Auxilife Scientific Services Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included conducting and summarizing toxicity studies for EU and national applications. Damini's career began with a summer traineeship at Piramal LifeSciences Limited, involving formulation design and analytical evaluations. Damini holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy with a specialization in Pharmacology from Birla Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Indira College of Pharmacy.
