Frederik Berg

Frederik Berg is currently the Head of Manufacturing at the Sulfuric Acid Plant for LANXESS, overseeing the production network at the Leverkusen site. Prior to this role, Frederik served as the Plant Manager for the Hydrofluoric Acid & Anhydrite Plant, managing various production areas and the plant's laboratory. Frederik holds a Ph.D. in Thermal Process Engineering, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, all from the University of Duisburg-Essen, where they graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, Frederik has gained diverse experience through various internships and a research assistantship focused on natural gas cleaning processes.
