Ganesh Dhake

Ganesh Dhake has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ganesh began their career as a Procurement Engineer at Ganage Pressings in 2008. From there, they moved on to work as a Sr. Engineer Procurement at Pristine Switchgears(I)Pvt Ltd from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Crompton Greaves as a Procurement Executive for a brief period. Since 2011, they have been associated with LANXESS, starting as a SAP MM Analyst and gradually progressing to roles such as SAP MM Sr. Functional Consultant, Team Lead for Purchase to Pay Solutions within IT-SAP, and Manager of IT-SAP. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Manager of IT-SAP before taking up the position of Senior Manager - SAP from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Ganesh Dhake holds the position of Head of India IT Data & Compliance at LANXESS.

Ganesh Dhake completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at SSBT'S COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY, BAMBHORI in an unspecified year. Ganesh then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune, completing it from 2006 to 2008.

Furthermore, Ganesh Dhake has obtained various additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ganesh acquired the EXIN Agile Scrum Master certification from EXIN in October 2019. In April 2012, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from TÜV SÜD. Prior to that, in March 2011, they obtained the SAP MM certification from SAP.
