Jeff Marlowe has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Head of Central Maintenance Americas, Project Manager Americas, and Global Operational Excellence Manager at LANXESS since March 2016. Prior to this, Marlowe worked at DuPont from October 2011 to February 2016 as the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Leader, focusing on optimizing the global supply chain. Marlowe also held positions at DuPont including Business Process Consultant from April 2010 to 2011, and various roles over a 15-year tenure from 1995 to 2010 as Global Product and Marketing Manager, New Product Development, Operations Manager, and Process Engineer. Marlowe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
