Karsten Smeets

Karsten Smeets is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in IT strategy, transformation, and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Transformation Management at LANXESS, they previously held roles as Head of Category Management IT and Head of IT Strategy and M&A at the same company. Prior to LANXESS, Karsten worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG AG and as a Project Manager at Stratley AG, focusing on top management consultancy for the chemical industry.
