Lars Ellermann

Lars Ellermann is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR SuccessFactors Operations Manager at LANXESS since September 2011, where responsibilities include managing global processes for SuccessFactors, overseeing release and change management, and leading a global support community. Lars has also held roles in HR M&A and as a Business Analyst, focusing on international HR reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and global compensation processes. Prior to LANXESS, Lars completed internships in Employer Branding and Recruitment at Ernst & Young and in Recruitment and HR Organization at Dr. Oetker. Lars holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and has spent a year studying at Lund University.
