Marcel Beermann

Marcel Beermann is currently the Head of Transformation Office and Senior Vice President at LANXESS, leading the company-wide program "Forward!" aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Previously, Marcel held various roles at LANXESS, including Head of Global Procurement & Logistics and Head of EMEA Marketing & Sales Engineering Plastics, and was responsible for mergers and acquisitions as the Head of M&A. Marcel began their career as a Vice President at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein after completing a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Muenster and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
