Marius Berndt is an experienced strategy consultant currently with LANXESS since January 2012, where responsibilities have included leading the Digitalization Agenda and serving as Head of Global Product Management and Senior Product Manager. Prior to this, Marius was the Global Marketing Coordinator at Lanxess Netherlands for a brief period. Marius began professional experience at DSM Elastomers in various roles, including Global Marketing Coordinator and Global Quality Officer, from July 2007 to April 2011.
