Marius Pitz has extensive experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as a Global Strategy Analyst - Production at LANXESS since November 2020, after roles as a Process Engineer & OEE Manager and Engineering Trainee. Prior to LANXESS, Marius completed a Master Thesis in Process Optimization of non-ionic Surfactants and worked as a Working Student in the Digitalization of Chemical Plants at BASF from October 2019 to October 2020. Marius also gained research experience as a Research Assistant in the Laboratory for Process Engineering at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) in the Laser Technology Department. Marius holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mannheim and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering - Process Technology from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
