Markus Sieben

Markus Sieben is an experienced Investor Relations Manager at LANXESS since September 2014, responsible for external stakeholder communication. Previously, Markus served as Global Head of Controlling Urethane Systems, leading a global team and managing full P&L responsibilities for a chemical manufacturing unit. Earlier experience includes Site and Legal Entity Controlling Manager at Lanxess Butyl Pte. Ltd, where Markus successfully established financial processes for major investments in Singapore. Markus’s career began with a corporate management trainee program at LANXESS, complemented by roles in risk management at Deutsche Börse and auditing at KPMG. Markus holds a Master’s Degree in Data Science from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting from Goethe University Frankfurt, along with an exchange semester at The University of Hong Kong.
