Matthias Risse is currently the Head of Global Operations Improvement for the Flavors & Fragrances business unit at LANXESS, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Matthias worked at LANXESS as a Project Manager focused on Process and Manufacturing Excellence from 2019 to 2023. They also gained experience as a Research Engineer at Air Liquide from 2014 to 2016 and as a Process Development Engineer at YNCORIS GmbH & Co. KG from 2016 to 2019. Matthias completed both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering at Technische Universität Dortmund.
