Melissa Larimer

Melissa Larimer is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Recruiting for North America and Canada at LANXESS since January 2017, Melissa has previously held roles as a Recruiter and Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to LANXESS, Melissa was the Human Resources Director at Markovitz Enterprises, Inc., overseeing HR operations for multiple entities, including a country club alongside existing industrial companies. Career progression includes positions as Human Resources Manager, Administrator, and Coordinator across various organizations, coupled with early experience as a Payroll Representative and Recruiting Specialist. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
