Mike Klun

Mike Klun is a Certified Safety Professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety management spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Area Manager for EHSS at Chemtura Corporation since August 2015, Mike previously held the position of Regional Manager for Environment, Health and Safety at Cargill from February 2000 to August 2015. Mike's expertise includes training and process development, compliance and management system auditing, emergency response, air and water permit compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Previous roles include Senior Safety Representative at Eastman Chemical Company and Senior Safety Engineer at Texas Instruments. Mike holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments, Mike excels in managing multiple projects while collaborating with employees at all organizational levels and government agencies.
