Patrick Joyce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in chemical engineering and quality management. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at LANXESS since August 2018, Patrick supports various teams to ensure successful production of advanced oils, lubricants, and greases, while managing both short-term projects and long-term improvements. As an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University since September 2012, Patrick teaches a range of Chemical Engineering classes.
