Paul Emery

Paul Emery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and engineering within the chemical industry. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Sales at LANXESS since 2019, Paul manages a team of five sales professionals and oversees a total team revenue of $110 million. Prior to this role, Paul was an Account Manager at Chemtura Corporation, where responsibilities included maintaining a $40 million territory and negotiating long-term supply agreements. Additional experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Palmetto Environmental Group and Consulting Engineer at TRS Inc., focusing on environmental remediation and water treatment processes. Paul's career began as a District Sales Engineer at Nalco, where territory growth and customer engagement were key achievements. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
