Peter Haupt has extensive experience in procurement and marketing within the chemical industry. At LANXESS from August 2021 to March 2023, Peter served as Vice President of Global Procurement and Logistics for the APAC region and held the position of Head of Global Category Management for Aromatics and Others. Previously, as Head of Marketing for the Catalysis and Chemicals Processing Business Unit at LANXESS from January 2006 to March 2009, Peter managed a segment with profit and loss responsibilities and led an 8-member team. Early in his career, Peter worked at Bayer Chemicals AG from January 2001 to December 2005 as Global Product Manager for Cresols and Vulkanoxe within the Basic Chemicals Business Unit, overseeing portfolio management and the sales organization. Peter Haupt holds a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree from Fachhochschule für Ökonomie und Management, Essen, and completed one year at the Höhere Handelsschule für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung in Remscheid.
