Pintu Das has over three decades of experience in human resources and administration across various industries. Currently serving as HR Business Partner and Head of Site HR/IR and Admin at LANXESS since May 2015, Pintu has previously held senior HR roles at Parryware Roca Pvt Limited, where responsibilities included managing a workforce of 1,000 and signing multiple settlements with unions, and at M/s U P Twiga Fibergas Ltd. as Senior Manager HR, overseeing project-related clearances and recruitment. Pintu's earlier positions include managerial roles at Associated Biscuit Company Ltd and Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd, as well as foundational experience in personnel management at Uniworth Group of Industries and marketing at Crossland Research Laboratories. Pintu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and a B.Sc. from Nagpur University.
