Rolf Gerhardt

Rolf Gerhardt is currently the Head of Machinery Technology at LANXESS, where they lead the operational workshops at the Krefeld site. Prior to this, Rolf held various management roles, including Maintenance Manager and Leiter Werkstattmanagement at Aliseca GmbH, where they oversaw multiple workshops. Rolf's experience also includes serving as Betriebsleiter Instandhaltung at Europipe GmbH and working as Betriebsingenieur in the maintenance sector with Mannesmann Röhrenwerke. They hold a degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Materials Technology from Fachhochschule Bochum.
