Ryan Hinkle

Ryan Hinkle serves as the HSEQ Manager for North America at LANXESS Americas since January 2016, overseeing health, safety, and security functions across 25 operating locations and striving for a zero-incident workplace. Previously, Ryan held the position of EHSS / Corporate Services Manager at FMC Corporation from April 2003 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing third-party partnerships in security and corporate services. Earlier experience includes roles as Safety Administrator at SPS Technologies, where a comprehensive safety program reduced the Lost Workday case rate by 33%, Safety Supervisor at Amphenol Aerospace, and a Safety Intern at Thomson Consumer Electronics, marking the start of a dedicated career in health and safety. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
