Steven T. has extensive experience in human resources and supply chain management, currently serving as the Country Representative for LANXESS in the UK and Head of Human Resources for the EMEA region since January 2011. Previous roles include HR Director EMEA and Global Business Partner for Polymer Additives, responsible for HR functions across major locations including the UK, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland. Prior to LANXESS, Steven held leadership positions in supply chain management, serving as Customer Service Director EMEA at Makro and Head of Supply Chain for Fresh Retail Ventures and Mission Foods. Education includes a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University Wales and further business studies at the University of Michigan and INSEAD.
