Sven Behnke

Sven Behnke is the Head of Research and Innovation at LANXESS, BU-LPT, where they apply extensive knowledge in membrane manufacturing, membrane technology, polymer chemistry, and materials science. Sven has previously worked as a researcher at Fraunhofer UMSICHT and has held positions in research and development at CUT Membrane Technology. They earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Universität Duisburg-Essen, where they also conducted doctoral research focusing on membrane formation and filtration processes. Sven demonstrates strong organizational and management skills, coupled with a high degree of social competence and team collaboration.
