Wesley MacDougall

Wesley MacDougall is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in engineering and education. Since March 2020, Wesley has been a Professor at Conestoga College, where previously held the role of Team Leader Support Staff. Wesley's engineering expertise is exemplified through a long tenure at LANXESS, starting in September 2016, serving as a Shift Engineer and Operating Engineer, responsible for monitoring steam pressures, managing critical systems, and overseeing wastewater treatment processes. Earlier experience includes a co-op position with SNC Lavalin O&M Solutions Inc. and roles in various summer jobs, such as Pro Patroller at Loch Lomond Ski Area and laborer at Mcfadden Homes and Construction. Wesley holds a 4th Class Power Engineering Techniques degree from Conestoga College and a double degree in Outdoor Recreation and Natural Science from Lakehead University.
