宁小锁 Xiaosuo NING

宁小锁, currently serving as General Manager at LanXESS IPG's Ningbo site, has over 19 years of experience in the chemical industry, holding various roles that demonstrate expertise in production, process engineering, and HSE management. Previously, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corporation, overseeing the transition from plant construction to operation. 宁 also held positions at 阿克苏诺贝尔 as an HSE Supervisor and Process Engineer, where they advanced to lead HSE management, and at 赢创工业集团 as Production Manager, managing production across multiple polymer plants. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Anhui Polytechnic University in 2004.
