Thaddeus Strassberger

Thaddeus Strassberger has a diverse background in stage directing and scenic design, having worked for various prestigious opera houses and theaters globally. Some notable roles include serving as a Stage Director and Scenic Designer at Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège, Oper im Steinbruch, Royal Opera House Covent Garden Foundation, LA Opera, and Tiroler Landestheater & Orchester GmbH Innsbruck. Additionally, they also worked as a Creative Director for Balich Wonder Studio. Thaddeus was recognized for their work at the Ekaterinburg State Theatre - Ural Opera, where they directed and designed multiple productions that garnered critical acclaim and awards.

Thaddeus Strassberger earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Art History from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 1998. In 2000, they pursued further studies in Scenografia at Accademia Teatro alla Scala, completing the Corso di Perfezionamento in 2001.
