Launched in February 2007, LAP GreenN is a provider of total communication solutions and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LAP). Under the umbrella of LAP, LAP GreenN shares the Portfolio’s vision for Africa, and its activities function towards realizing a continent which values entrepreneurship, and actively seeks partnerships that will lead it to independence.

LAP GreenN offers quality mobile and fixed voice, data, Internet and business continuity services to customers across its operations in East and West Africa.
