Marlit Süling

Marlit Süling has extensive work experience in finance and management. Marlit is currently the Managing Director / Group CFO at LAP Laser since May 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at LAP Laser from January 2022 to May 2023. From January 2020 to December 2021, they held the position of Head of Business Unit Internal Services / Prokuristin at LAP Laser. In addition, they worked as the Director Controlling & IT at LAP Laser from July 2019 to December 2019. Before joining LAP Laser, they had a long career at Ernst & Young GmbH, where they worked as the Director of Transaction Advisory Services from June 2002 to June 2019.

Marlit Süling completed their education at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, earning a degree in Diplom-Wirtschaftsjuristin (FH) with a specialization in Wirtschaftsrecht. Marlit completed their studies in 2002.
