Blake Chow is an experienced Deputy Chief at the LAPD, having held this position since 2019 while also serving as the Director of the Office of Special Operations. With a rich history in public safety, they have demonstrated expertise in crisis management, intelligence analysis, and law enforcement. Blake previously worked as a Commander at LAPD since 1990 and has held various roles in other organizations, including as an Accountant at 3Com and a Reserve Officer at San Jose Police. They earned a degree in Business with a focus in Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
