Edrick Dorian

Edrick Dorian, PsyD, ABPP, is currently the Chief Police Psychologist and Commanding Officer at the LAPD, specializing in leadership, culture, and organizational resilience. Edrick founded Thriveport, LLC, providing psychotherapy, training, and consultation services since 2006. Edrick has also held various academic roles, including adjunct professor positions at multiple universities, and served as a clinical psychologist and program director at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Edrick completed their Doctor of Psychology at Pepperdine University, following a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
