Prior to Keter, Guy Kourtchy worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals from January 2015 to May 2018 as the Director of Global Capacity Planning Leader in the Global Supply Chain division. In this role, they developed and managed the network capacity planning process across Teva sites, implemented the global RCCP model, and provided critical capacity information for long-term supply decision-making. Guy also served as the Manufacturing Business Partner for the Global SAP ERP Program, where they designed and implemented manufacturing processes and relevant interfaces.

Before Teva Pharmaceuticals, Guy Kourtchy held the position of Director of Production at Gat Foods from April 2009 to October 2012. In this role, they managed end-to-end site production for three plants, improving overall production performance and implementing operational excellence initiatives.

Prior to Gat Foods, Guy Kourtchy was the Production and Packaging Deputy Manager at Dexcel Pharma from June 2007 to April 2009. Guy was responsible for all stages of production and packaging for finished goods.

Guy Kourtchy's career started at Alliance Tire Group, where they served as the Production and Logistics Manager. In this role, they were responsible for warehouse management, inventory, distribution, and implementing new production methods.
