Mark Lapidus is a trial lawyer and the founding shareholder of Lapidus | Knudsen, P.C. He represents clients throughout the United States and has substantial experience in insurance coverage, product liability defense, third-party liability defense, personal injury litigation, and insurance fraud litigation.
Mr. Lapidus has tried several hundred cases to jury verdict and also has successfully litigated hundreds of product liability cases involving a wide range of products, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters resulting from fires and electrocutions.
The attorneys at this firm have collectively tried more than 300 cases to verdict in courts throughout the State of Texas. These cases include matters in both state and federal courts and matters from both sides of the docket. Mark Lapidus is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
