Mark Spallone

Mark Spallone is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience across various industries, particularly financial services. Since September 2007, Mark has been with Lapine Group, where responsibilities include leading PMO activities and serving as a subject matter expert for diverse clients, notably managing a customer acquisition data gathering initiative for a Global Financial Services Corporation. Previously, Mark held leadership roles at Marsh as VP of Reporting and Metrics, where efforts focused on process re-engineering and efficiency enhancement, and at IXL Company and Eloyalty, providing expert consulting in customer relationship management and operational strategies. Early career experience at Vanguard involved oversight of financial reporting and P&L management. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a BA in Economics from Dickinson College.
