Shelley Wei

Shelley Wei is an accomplished pattern maker with extensive experience in menswear and womenswear development, production, and custom patternmaking. Currently, Shelley holds positions at Swei Patterns, CUCCULELLI SHAHEEN, LAPOINTE, and Proenza Schouler, with responsibilities encompassing runway and celebrity fittings. Additionally, Shelley serves as an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons School of Design, specializing in computerized pattern and fit corrections. Previous roles include work for notable brands such as HUGO BOSS, Marc Jacobs, and Werkstatt Development, where expertise in Optitex CAD Patternmaking Software was demonstrated. Shelley holds a B.S. in Fashion and Textile Management from North Carolina State University, where valedictorian honors were achieved, and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions like Central Saint Martins and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
