Heidi Väre

Heidi Väre is a Senior Group Sourcing Manager with extensive experience in procurement and logistics. They began their career as an IT Specialist at Kemin TT-keskus Oy from 1994 to 1998 before moving to Salcomp Oy as an Account Manager, where they managed global customer accounts and oversaw intercompany transactions and outsourcing from 1999 to 2003. Since 2006, they have held various positions at Lappset Group Oy, currently serving as Senior Sourcing Manager for Group Procurement, focused on international procurement and logistics processes. Heidi holds a Further Qualification in Foreign Trade from Edupoli Vantaa, completed in 2012.
