Marja Torvinen

Marja Torvinen is currently the Lead Process Champion at Lappset Group Oy, where they manage the company's process management framework to achieve strategic goals. Previously, Marja served as the Head of Sales Support and Head of Global Customer Service at Lappset Group Oy, developing customer service operations and leading sales support functions. Marja has extensive experience in procurement and project management from roles at Lappset Creative and the City of Rovaniemi, as well as a background in engineering from Rovaniemen mlk and YIT Group. Marja holds a Master's degree in Management of Technological Competence from Lapland University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Municipal Engineering.
