Outi Harju is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and project management. Currently serving as a Strategic Buyer at BRP Finland Oy since April 2023, Outi has also held multiple positions at Lappset Group Oy, which include Sourcing and Project Manager, focusing on supplier acquisition and project financial control. Previous experience includes a role as Project Purchaser at Konecranes, where responsibilities encompassed inventory management and supplier collaboration, in addition to two Global Buyer roles at Nokia Networks, specializing in electronic component procurement across manufacturing plants. Outi's career began as a Forwarding Specialist at Nokia Networks, emphasizing customs clearance and logistics coordination.
