Eriesko Kusuma

Eriesko Kusuma is a certified Human Resources Manager with over seven years of experience in HR management, specializing in training and development, performance management, and HR strategy. They have held various roles, including Human Resources Generalist at PT Pertamina (Persero) and Human Capital at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, before assuming their current position as Human Resources Manager at Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan since 2022. Eriesko holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from PPM School of Management. They are also a co-founder of PT. Sejahtera Bersama Aksara.
