Lapwing’s mission is to deliver outstanding holistic education and support which will positively impact the life chances of the hardest to reach young people across East Anglia.

Working peripatetically across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex we deliver bespoke specialist alternative education and youth employment programmes to young people aged 4 to 25 years with complex needs. Our ethos is to put a young person’s needs, interests and aspirations at the heart of the work we do; we are committed to the holistic development of young people so they can thrive personally and professionally.
