Lara Exploration Ltd. is a Canadian-registered company which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “LRA”. Lara is a well funded exploration company following the prospect generator business model which aims to minimize shareholder dilution and financial risk by developing projects in joint ventures with partners who earn into projects in return for equity at the asset level. 

Lara recognizes that exploration is inherently risky and seeks to mitigate that risk by developing a portfolio of exploration projects in different commodities and in different jurisdictions.
