Joseph Lukowski

Joseph Lukowski, MBA, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Laredo Technical Services, Inc. since November 2007, leading efforts to connect government and commercial clients with skilled personnel across various sectors, including medical, technical, and training services. Prior to this, Joseph held several key positions in the U.S. Air Force, including Project Manager for the Force Protection Battlelab and Deputy Commander, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing intelligence operations and innovative technology evaluations. Joseph also commanded Detachment 323, handling criminal investigations, and led the Air Force Fraud, Waste & Abuse Complaints Program. Joseph's educational background includes an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and advanced degrees in Biblical Studies, International Relations, and Classical Greek.
