Ernest Cleave

Mr. Cleave is a Chartered Accountant with over 26 years of international finance experience in, compliance, finance strategy, financial reporting, internal control and strategic planning. Mr. Cleave has previously served as Director, CFO and Corporate Controller for large, multi-national mining companies including GoldCorp Inc., Falconbridge Limited and Cline Mining. Mr. Cleave holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Free State University, a Bachelor of Computational Science from UniSA and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University.
