Ross Stephens is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Senior Systems Designer at Larian Studios, contributing to the development of Baldur's Gate 3 since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ross held positions such as Senior Game Designer at Wonderstruck and Game Design Lead at Playdeo, among others.
