Hannah Lapointe

Hannah LaPointe is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in child welfare and therapeutic riding instruction. Currently serving as the Foster Care Services Supervisor at Larimer County since June 2016, Hannah has also held roles as a Social Caseworker and Program Quality Assurance Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, Hannah contributed as an Online Faculty member at PATH Intl. and as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor at both Reach 4A Star Riding Academy and Hearts & Horses, Inc. Early career positions include an Intake Specialist at Larimer County, Registrar at Justice High School, and a Sales Associate and Supervisor at lucy activewear. Hannah holds a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
