Prior to this role, Mark served as the Interim Public Works Director/County Engineer at the same company. Mark has a strong background in engineering, having held various managerial and project management positions at companies such as Ayres Associates, Resource Consultants & Engineers, Water Engineering & Technology, Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc., and Simons, Li & Associates.
